The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) have released the results for the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2025. Candidates who appeared for the entrance exam can now view their scores via the official admission portal at iiseradmission.in.
All test-takers scoring at least one mark in IAT 2025 have been assigned a rank. IISERs emphasize that receiving a rank does not automatically secure admission to any of their institutes.

- View and download your detailed scorecard displaying marks and rank.
Conducted in May 2025 as a Computer-Based Test (CBT), the IAT serves as the gateway for admission to several undergraduate programs across seven IISER campuses (Berhampur, Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram, and Tirupati). The programs include the 5-Year BS-MS (Dual Degree), 4-Year BS, and BTech degrees. Prospective students are advised to consult individual institute websites for specific course details.
The 180-minute exam featured 60 Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs), divided equally (15 questions each) among Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics, totaling 240 marks. Candidates earned +4 marks for each correct answer, with a deduction of -1 mark for every incorrect response. The final answer key was published prior to the result declaration.
